ERASMUS Intensive Program Diversity Inclusion for Social Cohesion IP-DISCO ­ Day Program 28.05.09 ­ 04.06.2009 Locations: May 28 - June 01, Youth Hostel Stuttgart June 01 ­ June 05, Youth Hostel Ludwigsburg and Protestant University of Applied Sciences Ludwigsburg June 5 ­ June 8, Ev. Akademie Bad Boll IP-DISCO brings 25 diverse students and 15 experts from different universities in a 12 day social learning laboratory. Issues of race, culture, religion, sexuality and disability will be lived and studied here. Students and Professors will live, work and study together to experience the limits and challenges of tolerance or respect, exclusion or inclusion, dialogue or division. Activities include innovative contributions from experts who will facilitate group work and lead discussions. There will be interactive visits to communities and organizations dealing with inclusive citizenship, diversity issues and social cohesion. Our program will be held in an atmosphere that provides safe interaction among all students. Issues of race, culture, religion, disability and sexual orientation will be part of discussions.
